Breakfast is the most important meal in the day so if you will miss it you can feel tired during the day. So never miss breakfast.

In general, we should all eat:
• A wide variety of nutritious foods
• Plenty of breads and cereals (particularly wholegrain), vegetables, legumes (such as chickpeas) and fruit
• Low salt foods, and use salt sparingly
• Small amounts of foods which contain added sugars.

Morning walk.

Taking a walk right after you waking up in the morning - it is another way to lose weight. During the morning the metabolism is at its best, so it may help you to burn more calories. The whole matter is to do it regularly.

Quit smoking.

Drink lots of water.

Your body requires at least eight glasses of water and if you intensively work even more. On the other hand you can dump a little in weight. How? It is not clear but the fact that after plentiful drink you feel less desire to eat. The centre responsible for thirst in the brain is near to the centre of famine, probably they influence against each other.
